The weather is warmer than yesterday because the wind is not blowing.
I went to the company as usual. I am eating a snack as breakfast.
And I am doing a miracle morning.
SAVERS
silence - seeing a mountine view when I got up, listening music while commuting
affirmation - I can do change my life, I can do everything I want
visualization - I can be who I want to be, I can be an exccellent programmer and ai expert.
exercise - walking while I am commuting.
reading - reading a book that is habitus, reading a good news
scribing - writing a log in the blog.
