[미라클모닝]miracle morning(2020.12.11)

I came out to the lobby on the 9th floor in the postpartum care center.

 

This place has a nice city view and there is also newborn care room. So I can hear crying of newborn sometimes.

 

Anyway I'd like to write a miracle morning log.

 

SAVERS

silence - thinking nothing while taking a shower

 

affirmation - I can do it. I can do everything that I want to. I can change my life. Impossible is nothing.

 

visualization - I can be who I want to be. I can be a good father. I can be an excellent programmer.

 

exercise - walking in the aisle in the postpartum care center.

 

reading - reading a good book

 

scribing - writing a log in the blog
