It's difficult to wake up early in the morning.
I went to the company by the subway.
I got up over 7:00 AM, so I couldn't take a shuttle bus to go to the company.
That's the reason why I took the subway.
Anyway I read the book and studied English while I was commuting by the subway.
Even though I got the company late, I spent my time worth.

affirmation - I can do everything that I want. I can change my life that I have never experienced.
visualization - I am an excellent programmer. I am free from the money.
exercise - taking a walk, climbing 20 steps
reading - reading a book
subscribe - logging at the blog
