It's Saturday!! WOW :), and I have to test an exam today. Uh.. :(
This exam is held online. So I don't need to go a test site but It also takes much time, maybe over 6 hours?

I don't understand why Sulbing should pay back the license fee to the company contracted with Sulbing.
I think that "Contract is Contract", there's no need to guarantee environmental problem. The company contracted with Sulbing had to know in advance.
