Today My wife and I woke up at the hospital.

 

My wife is recovering now. She ate rice. It's her first time since she got here.

 
Anyhow I am still doing a miracle morning now.

visualization - I can be who I want to be. I can be an excellent programmer. I can be a good father.

 

exercise - stretching

 

reading - reading good news, 

 

scribing - blogging a text.
